Yarn Production Process
Our advanced recycling process involves several key steps to ensure the highest quality of recycled polyester fibre:
- Collection and Sorting: We source PET bottles from various collection points, ensuring they are free from contaminants. The bottles are then sorted by colour and type.
- Cleaning and Shredding: The sorted bottles are thoroughly cleaned to remove any labels, caps, and residues. They are then shredded into small flakes.
- Extrusion and Spinning: The PET flakes are melted and extruded into fine fibres through a high-precision spinning process.
- Quality Control: Our rigorous quality control measures ensure that the recycled polyester fibre meets industry standards and customer specifications.
